Fundraiser wine Dinner
Tickets are now available for our Denali themed wine pairing dinner on June 22nd! We had so much fun with our taste the world event last year we just had to do it again this year. This year we will take you on a journey through what it actually is like to go on a big mountain expedition of Denali as an ode to our founder, Jackie, tackling it next in her pursuit of an explorers grand slam. Mental Health Retreat for Victims of Sexual Assault | May 17-20 | Jacques Lakes Back Country campground

We are excited to host 4 women who have been struggling with their mental health as a result of sexual assault on a fully expenses paid 4 day, 3 night retreat to the beautiful Jacques Lake Campground. On this retreat we will be focussing on our healing through challenging ourselves, connections with others, submersing ourselves in nature and more. There will be some guided meditation, yoga and down time. We will also get to share some laughter and with any luck, some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
For our founder Jackie, and your head guide on this trip, this is a very close to home retreat. As a victim of sexual assault she understand the impact this can have on your mental health and the challenges you have to face to overcome. For her, her healing journey happened on trips likes this and so we want to offer this to people who may not have the access/ability on their own.
No Back country experience Necessary.
Must have fitness to be able to walk 12 km(slight incline)
